Is it a taco or a hamburger? Yes!
Hamburgers are seasoned with taco seasoning, grilled and cut in half to fit the shape of a taco shell for a fun twist on a classic.
SERVES: 8
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes
Ingredients

1/4 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium taco seasoning (about 1/2 pkg.)
1 pound ground beef
8 taco shells
1/2 cup salsa
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
8 lettuce leaves
Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
In large bowl stir together KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKE Crumbs, ketchup and taco seasoning. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Grill over medium coals for 11 to 14 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once.* Cut burgers in half. Serve in taco shells with salsa, cheddar cheese and lettuce leaves.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
*NOTE: Pattie may also be cooked in contact grill. Preheat contact grill for 5 minutes. Cook patties in grill for 5 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink.
